A Disappointing Experience with Multiple Issues

My stay was frustrating due to unprofessional staff treatment and misleading room accommodations. The noise from the street made it hard to relax, and the breakfast experience was far from pleasant.

My stay was cozy and welcoming, with clean, spacious apartments ideal for both short and longer stays. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always eager to assist with anything I needed. The safety features were reassuring, although noise from the trams can disrupt tranquility. A warm memory that I'll cherish. Thank you for your hospitality!

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

The apartment was comfy and spacious, with fast wifi and a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay even better.

The location felt a bit distant from major attractions, and I noticed some noise issues from street traffic which could disrupt your relaxation.

I appreciated how spacious my apartment was, providing ample space to relax. The fast wifi made it easy to stay connected during my business trip. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant city view, which added charm to my stay.

However, the walk to public transportation can be a bit lengthy, which may be exhausting after a long day out.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We visited the National Circus of Ukraine and enjoyed the local restaurants nearby. The location is good for those looking to explore the area, and the cleanliness was top-notch.

The only downside was that the walk to the metro was a bit long, around 20 minutes, which could be tiring after a day out.

I found the reception area very welcoming and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring ease of access and comfort during my stay, which is especially appreciated for seniors like myself.

More accessible nearby dining options would be appreciated.

Noise from nearby trams is relentless. the location is convenient but requires effort to reach attractions!!! Walking to the metro station is not ideal for those with mobility issues!!! A clear communication regarding breakfast arrangements would help!!!

I had an awesome time at this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, and I really loved the rooftop terrace and the relaxing spa area they offered. The only small hiccup was that the air conditioning took a bit to cool down, but it didn't spoil my stay at all. I'd definitely recommend it for a chill getaway! 😊

Just a reliable pick for a break on long journey in Kyiv with real value for money. The staff was super nice, especially Olena, who helped me with my late check-in. Consider using Uber to get around, it's really cheap here.

My stay in the One-Bedroom Apartment was such a delight! The heated bathroom floors were like a warm hug after a long day exploring, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it super convenient to prepare a late-night snack. The staff were incredibly caring, going above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere that truly made my heart sing!
